roxette

　 来自国际流行音乐重镇瑞典，由男成员PerGessle和女成员MarieFredriksson组成。per和marie78年相识于哈尔姆斯塔德市的一家摇滚俱乐部，俩人都爱好美国60年代的摇滚乐。1986年，他们正式走到了一起，组建了Roxette。首张专辑《PearlsOfPassion》的推出便在瑞典一炮而红。可以说说《Joyride》（驾车游玩、兜风之意）这张专辑名字的来源，来自保罗·卡特尼所说的一句话：“和约翰·侬一起写歌就像是进行了一次长途兜风”。谭咏麟的那首《你知我知》，正是Roxette在89年《Looksharp》里的“thelook”，老牌港台只是做了重新填词。

　　1988年Roxette推出第二张专辑「LookSharp!(当心留意)」，这张专辑在瑞典造成更大的回响，但Roxette仍然没有打入国际乐坛。不过，千里马终究会有伯乐赏识的。当年有一个美国交换学生自瑞典回国後，力促明尼苏达州的广播电台KDWB播放TheLook这首爆发力/感染力极强的歌曲。从此TheLook的拷贝录音带便流传到美国其他的电台，一夕之间，Roxette一炮而红！他们在美国有了第一支热门单曲，所谓打铁要趁热，他们旋即於1989年在美发行TheLook单曲，一飞冲天到了排行榜冠军，而且在其他24个国家也纷纷登上了排行第一名。同年10月，Roxette以ListenToYourHeart拿下第二个全美冠军，并在欧洲展开巡回演出。紧接著，Per重新谱写ItMustHaveBeenLove，拿掉了原有的ChristmasForTheBrokenHearted的字样，在1990年成为Roxette的第三首全美排行冠军曲，在全美电台的点播率始终居高不下。这首歌并收录在卖座电影『麻雀变凤凰PrettyWoman』的原声带当中，而这张原声带也缔创了900万张的销售佳绩。

　　Hits可以说是Roxette这支成功的乐队的代表作。辛勤的工作是他们成功的唯一途径。在沉默了一段时间之后，MarieFredriksson又开始释放出那恐怖的声响，暴烈的鼓点，广阔的吉他，及具攻击性的键盘；等等的这些让Roxette爆发出了一种滑稽的，但又令人难忘的合声！他们在爱情的折磨中的狂欢无人能及。从1989年到1991年，他们在美国的事业有了一联串极富戏剧性的变化。“ListentoYourHeart”，“ItMustHaveBeenLove”，“FadinglikeaFlower”这些经典的杰作也纷纷被收录进来！对Roxette来说，情歌并不总是以重唱的方式来表达的，就象是“Don'tBoreUs,GettotheChorus”。“QueenofRain”那走走停停的双簧管的演奏和“Crash!Boom!Bang!”的弦乐的演奏都象是能把时间带走一样。当然，也不能说全是好歌。与冠军制造者DesmondChild共同创作的“YouDon’tUnderstandMe”是唯一不怎么理想的歌曲，却被Fredriksson给拯救了过来；而“Salvation”这首歌却又感觉象是RobbieWilliams风格的拼凑起来的作品。幸好，两首超强新曲“"AThingAboutYou”（由创作型歌手Gessle演唱）和“Breathe”的甜美及时弥补上了这些缺点。带给人无数惊喜的BalladHits的出现，一定是你所期待已久的！
